Orders that require programming are usually being booked to start within 1-3 weeks from when I receive your items and artwork.
When I can, I fit names or monograms in when they are needed, and that may be in a day or several days or longer.
It is not helpful to bring in partial projects, and it will not secure a place in line; your project is placed in the queue only when I have all parts of the order.

When you tell me about your project, please include the type of garment or item, size of design, location, and approximate quantity. Please note if you have a deadline. Thank you for understanding that when I do not reply quickly, I may be unable to accommodate new orders. When I am working to complete orders that are already received, I can't always reply quickly. Courtesy is valued! Incomplete or multiple emails, texts, or calls may delay replies or work on your projects.

Note that I can not hear the phone when my machines are running. Other than for names or monograms using standard preprogrammed fonts, I can not give pricing over the phone. I need to see your intended work and respond in writing for pricing or availability.
Due to extreme demand on current orders, at times I can only reply to emails for new embroidery projects as my workload permits.
